These terms apply to your use of the Rhea's Crafts website and any enquiry or order you place with us. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
About us
Rhea's Crafts is a home-based fibre studio based in Adelaide, South Australia, making handmade macrame bags, keychains, wristlets, lanyards, and accessories.
Products and availability
Every item is handmade, so small variations in colour, size, and pattern between the photo and the finished item are normal, not a fault. Stock levels shown on the site reflect what's currently available but aren't a guarantee, an item can sell out or be withdrawn before your enquiry or order is confirmed.
Enquiries and custom orders
Submitting an enquiry through this site is a request for a quote or availability, not a confirmed order. We'll reply directly to confirm price, timeline, and details before any custom order is considered placed. Custom requests are only available for the product categories that offer them, shown on the enquiry form.
Customer accounts
You do not need an account to browse, enquire, or place an order — guest checkout is always available. If you choose to create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account. You can manage or deactivate your account at any time from your account settings.
Shopping cart and checkout
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it, stock is only allocated once payment for your order is successfully completed. Items may become unavailable while sitting in your cart; if that happens, you'll be notified before completing checkout.
Payment
Payment for orders is processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. An order is only created and confirmed once payment has succeeded — a declined, failed, or abandoned payment does not create an order. All prices are charged in Australian dollars (AUD).
Shipping and delivery
Delivery is currently available within Australia only. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size, and is shown before you pay. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates, not guarantees, actual delivery may vary once your order has been dispatched. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
Cancellations
You can ask us to cancel an order any time before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, as it is already on its way to you.
Pricing
Prices shown on the site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change without notice, excluding shipping, which is calculated separately at checkout. The price we confirm with you at checkout, or directly for a custom order, is the price that applies.
Intellectual property
All photos, designs, and written content on this site belong to Rhea's Crafts. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to describe every product accurately, but we can't guarantee the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under its own terms of service, available at stripe.com/legal. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or its payment processing.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
